By downloading, installing, or using Flux ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flux is a mobile application that provides ambient music and soundscapes designed to enhance focus, relaxation, and sleep. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period as specified in the App.
Subscription Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Redistribute or resell the App or its content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to audio files, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Health and Safety

The App is designed for relaxation and focus enhancement. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
